  • FREE Express Shipping: Orders over £150

Express Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland)

  • Cost: £7.99

  • Delivery Time: Next business day (Monday–Friday)

  • Carriers: DPD or DHL

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
    Orders placed after 2pm ship the next business day.

For urgent travel plans or last-minute purchases, our next-day service ensures premium, tracked delivery right to your door.

We proudly offer a more personal service for customers where available within London and nearby areas through our own dedicated delivery team.

Before your order is dispatched, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time, offering a smooth and tailored experience.

International Fulfilment

In some cases, your order may be shipped from our Italian distribution centres.
If this applies to your purchase:

  • Delivery times may be slightly extended

  • You will always be notified in advance

  • Product pages will indicate when international fulfilment is likely

Returns & Exchanges

Your Right to Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return unused items within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • All labels, tags, guarantee cards, and accessories must be intact

  • Only items purchased from noicollection.co.uk are eligible

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

If an item is returned used or damaged, or with missing packaging, we may be unable to refund the order.

How to Start a Return

  2. We will email instructions on how to complete your return.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original box.

  4. Include your invoice or a note with:

    • Full name

    • Address

    • Phone number

    • Order number

    • Item description

  5. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are normally issued within 5 days.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

If:

  • Your product is damaged,

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item appears faulty,

contact us within 24 hours using the details above.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you, or

  • Refund the product and reimburse your return postage (if applicable)

A replacement will be shipped immediately, subject to availability.
